The new Neighbourhood Watch Scheme is up and running in Adamstown.   Neighourhood Watch is a community participation and good citizenship scheme which helps prevent crime.  It reduces opportunities for crime by improving personal and home security and fosters a community spirit where neighbours look out for each other.
